Spotlight on a Volunteer: Meet Our Dedicated Neighbor, David!

Gleaners Basket wouldn't be possible without the incredible dedication of our volunteers. This month, we're shining a spotlight on one of our long-time supporters, David Miller.

David, a retired teacher from [Name of Local Neighborhood], has been volunteering with us every week for the past two years. You can usually find him at our sorting center, carefully inspecting and organizing donations, or helping with our local food distributions.

"I believe in giving back to the community," says David. "Seeing the direct impact Gleaners Basket has on people's lives is incredibly rewarding. Even a few hours of my time can make a big difference for a family struggling to put food on the table."
